• 3 tablespoons (24g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• zest (grated rind) of 1 lemon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
• 5 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup (113g) sour cream, at room temperature
